*Order your cakes ahead before time, minimum two weeks for birthday cakes.

*Wedding cakes minimum of 3 month before time, to be on the safe side.

*Last minutes changes can not always be accepted as we plan our cakes and deliveries ahead of time.

*A down payment is a must before we work on your cakes.

*If payement is not received on the due date the order will be cancelled.

*Picking up/Transporting your cake is at your own risk and that includes Wedding cakes too. There will be 

 NO money back gauarantee if something happen to your cake.

*Wedding cakes is always set up on site, if you choose for delivery, please make sure cake table is ready.

*After setting up the cake we leave the premises. Please make sure someone watch your cake.

*We are not responsable for any cake disasters (room temperature, uneven, unequal, bumpy surface,

 moving the cake to another location, fallen/ melting of the cake) 

*If we stay for cutting of the cake extra cost of €30 will be charge, this is only on agreement by

 Cakes by Miss C beforehand. 

*Cancelling an order does not guarantee money back, as we do make cost ahead by working on your cakes.

*Changing a date, cake style or flavour only if there are no cost made or work done and if the date/ time is

  available, as we makes decorations ahead before time and this can lead to additional costs.

*Due to unforeseen circumstances your order can be cancelled and full payment will be returned,

 we hope it will never come to that.  (Cake by Miss C is run most of the time by one person)
